Hmm, you are absolutely right.  There really need to be more shrimp-folks drawn out there.  and cuttle-fish folks...  and sea-cucumber folks. I appreciate the detail of the tail.  Also, the ...  wings (?) have a suggestion of being very juicy and meaty; I wish there was more detail to them:  those back accessories have great potential - as you said it - grilled, I can visualize them fried and crispy.
